An unlimited subscription is a mobile subscription where calls, text messages and mobile data are unrestricted. In Finland nearly all subscriptions are now unlimited - the only difference is data speed. The 'unlimited' part covers use in Finland and the EU/EEA within the roaming fair-use limit.
The monthly fee for unlimited subscriptions typically ranges from 15-40 EUR/month depending on data speed. The cheapest 100 Mbit/s plans are around 15-20 EUR/month, and the fastest 1,000 Mbit/s plans 30-40 EUR/month.
Unlimited is by far the most popular type of subscription in Finland - over 90% of all subscriptions are unlimited. The choice between unlimited plans is mainly down to data speed and operator.
